At SHOT Show 2026 I hit Beretta Range Day to run the new A300 Ultima Patrol now available in 20 gauge. This lighter, lower recoil version of the Ultima Patrol is designed for faster handling, improved comfort, and confident control while still delivering the reliability the A300 platform is known for. I’m joined by Matt Haught of Symtac Solutions to talk setup, ergonomics, and why a 20 gauge defensive shotgun makes sense for a lot of shooters. This configuration features a shorter stock with adjustable length of pull, integrated QD sling points, enlarged controls, an enhanced loading port, aggressive grip texture, M-LOK mounting options, and a 7+1 extended magazine tube.
